Established since 2003, SG Management, representing actors in the film and television industry was rebranded after a previous partnership ended in 2008. With the rise of social media and digital content; in 2020, SG Management partnered with KM Digital to surround ourselves with creative and innovative individuals to help create unique opportunities for our clients. Hence SG&CO was then formed as start-up network hub of unified companies. 

The founding partners of SG&CO, descendents of Lao refugees who immigrated to Canada with their families, had a love of music and saw a growth in the Lao music scene. Laos, a landlocked country in Southeast Asia, culturally influenced by its neighbours in food, arts, culture and entertainment. 

By the end of 2021, SG Music Co. Ltd was officially established as a new record label in Laos, an exhilarating addition to the SG&CO.
